Support is provided in English and Simplified Chinese. We do not promise a fixed response time.

What to include

Please include your app version, iPadOS version, the screen or feature involved, the exact error message, and the steps that reproduce the problem. Screenshots are welcome when they do not contain confidential information.

Never send your password, sign-in code, full payment-card details, or a private document unless support specifically asks for a redacted excerpt. We can usually investigate with the error text and reproduction steps alone.

Common questions

Sign-in: Check that the email address or Apple account is the one linked to your PDFlingo account. Request a new sign-in code if the previous code expired.

Uploads and translation: PDFlingo requires an internet connection. Before each upload batch, the app explains that selected document content is processed by cloud services in the United States. Cancel the confirmation to prevent that batch from uploading.

Usage: Free accounts include 200 translation pages per UTC calendar month. Pro includes 10,000 pages per UTC calendar month. The app shows the current allowance and usage.

Subscriptions: Apple handles purchase, cancellation, and refund requests. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple account and PDFlingo account used for the purchase.

Export and offline reading: Export availability depends on the completed translation and the current app version. Previously cached documents and translations may remain available for offline reading; new uploads and processing require connectivity.
